Issa & Co Realty is a property consulting company in Nairobi, built around two things: buying well and selling well. We represent clients acquiring homes, apartments, land and investment stock, and we represent owners who expect their property to be shown, priced and negotiated with care.
Every listing is inspected in person before it reaches the market. Every buyer is walked through comparable sales, title checks and financing options before an offer is made. One named adviser stays with the transaction from first conversation to final transfer.
